Its time to seal the honmoon! Everyone takes the stage for a sing-along performance to your favorite songs on the soundtrack. Songs can be requested in the Pre-Party Questionnaire sent to you after the deposit is paid. This is their moment to go golden!

To wrap up the show, the birthday star receives a special pop-star gift straight from the tour, along with their official K-Pop Idol certificate. For the encore and final bow, we will finish with everyone singing happy birthday to our newest super star! As cake is being distributed, you can then escort your K-Pop Star to the door for them to return to couch, couch couch!

This is our standard one-hour Wicked Party Package featuring both Glinda and Elphaba. Just like magic, we can customize your party with add-ons or extended time. See upgrades below for 1.5- or 2-hour packages- think of what we could do, together.

Grand Entrance & Character Greetings Arrival
Your Wicked duo will call when they’re on the way and text when they’ve arrived. They’ll park discreetly so the children don’t catch a glimpse of them stepping out of their broomstick and bubble… er, car. If you’d like them to make a grand entrance with music or a special knock just let us know in advance. Get your cameras ready for that first gasp of excitement when “the Good” and “the Wicked” step into your celebration!

Magical Photo Opportunity
Start the fun with posed photos while everyone’s costumes and excitement are fresh. Whether it’s by the cake table or a backdrop our characters will strike their most “Popular” poses. You may even learn to toss toss! Each child will receive a signed autograph card to remember the day.

Interactive Storytime
Glinda and Elphaba will share their unforgettable tale of friendship and courage, sprinkling in a few secrets and silly jokes. Children will join in with sound effects (think broom whooshes, bubble pops, and monkey wings!) and help act out key moments from the Land of Oz.

Get Galindafied with our special Ozian glitter (aloe-based). Choose between team pink or team green! Can’t decide? Well, pink goes good with green and everyone will leave with a little Wicked sparkle.

Sing-along time!
Get ready to belt out hits from the show! The witches will lead a high-energy sing-and-dance session featuring favorites like Popular, For Good, and Defying Gravity. You will be able to request your favorite songs in the Pre-Party Questionnaire that is due one week before your party.

Training Wand Induction Ceremony
Our Wicked pair will honor the birthday child with a training wand of their own and an official Ozian Certificate. Congratulotions! All party goers will receive a sprinkle of wishing dust, sealing the memory with friendship and fun.

Happy Birthday Song & Goodbye
And who can say we’ve been changed for the better, but because we knew you, we have been changed for good! With all eyes on the guest of honor, Glinda and Elphaba will lead a rousing chorus of “Happy Birthday,” ensuring you can focus on capturing every magical second. After the final toss toss, they’ll say their goodbyes and head back to the Emerald City, leaving behind only sparkles and unforgettable memories.


Add-Ons for an Extra Ozian Touch

We have many magical customization options that you can choose from inside your Party Proposal at any time! These will be automatically added to your invoice when you make selections.

  • Wand Craft: This includes a craft for up to 12 guests. The character will supply all craft supplies. This must be requested at least one week in advance of the party.

  • Glitter tattoos: In addition to the face glitter, this will include a one to two glitter tattoos per child. Each tattoo takes about 2 minutes. If you have more than 12 kids, we recommend upgrading to the Premium Package to allow for the additional time.

  • Magic Mail: Keep the magic alive long after the party! Your child will receive a beautifully customized note from their favorite princess, delivered straight to their mailbox. Each note is personalized with a special memory from the party and a magical wish for their year ahead. Each letter includes a small keepsake and sprinkle of pixie dust!

  • An assistant: An assistant is a great addition if you would like an extra set of hands to help the party run smoothly. Their responsibilities would be to help gather the kids to do activities, take photos and videos, and to help with general party needs. They can help capture every hug and make sure you get your family portrait with the cake. The photos and videos would be taken on a phone and uploaded to a Google Drive after your party.

Party Schedule

We’ve planned a royal celebration fit for Arendelle’s finest! This is our standard one hour party package with the Snow Sisters. We can customize your package as needed with additional time and add ons. Read more information on customizations and upgrading to the Premium Package (1.5 hours) or Platinum Package (2 hours) below!

Princess arrival: The sisters will call you when they are on the way and text you when they have arrived. They will park a few houses down or in an inconspicuous location so that the children do not see them entering and exiting the car. If you’d like them to knock or walk in to music, that is completely up to you! Please let the princesses know any special arrival instructions the day of the booking. Get your cameras ready! This is almost always when we get the best warm hugs and surprised faces! If your little one is a bit shy, please do not worry. We will get lots of pictures throughout the party.

Magical Photo Opportunity: While you will be able to capture the magic moments throughout the party, it is best to start with posed photos. Please guide the Snow Sisters to the location that you would like to take photos in front of. Sometimes this is the cake table or a backdrop that you have set up. They will then take individual photos, starting with the birthday girl! They will bring autograph cards and sign their names on, one for each child to take home. 

Interactive Story Time: The adventure begins with an interactive story time. The Snow Sisters will transport children to their magical world filled with wonder and excitement, captivating their attention and setting the stage for the party festivities ahead. Princesses will often engage with the children by asking them questions, prompting responses, and having them make noises and sounds that go along with the story. Sitting and reading the story allows for the children to adapt to meeting their favorite princess in person! It can definitely be overwhelming and the princesses will often let them touch their dress, gloves, cape, etc if they wish.  

Coloring: This is listed as an optional filler. It completely depends on a few factors like the party atmosphere, how many kids there are, if the kids need more time to warm up, etc. on if we will bring out the color sheets. If color sheets are important to you or your little ones, simply let us know and we will make sure they are in the set list! We will often bring them out at this time to entertain kids that are waiting to get their glitter. Your party may have other entertainment aspects, like a bouncy house, and that is fine too! 

Face Glitter: Everyone gets to sparkle and shine with our face glitter station! Children (and adults!) can add a touch of magic to their look by adding one of glitter color options as a fun and festive way to embrace their inner sparkle. The glitter is made with aloe vera but if your little ones can’t use aloe, please let us know in your Pre-Party Questionnaire and we will make sure they have an alternative. 

Sensational Sing-a-long with Optional Dance Lesson: Get ready to sing and dance to the songs you all know and love! The Snow Sisters will have a set list of songs but if you have any special requests, please make sure we know at least one week before the party in your Pre-Party Questionnaire. There are many song options to choose from for a Frozen Party! Our typical set will have: “Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?,” “For the First Time in Forever,” and “Let it Go.” Our characters do not have live singing into a microphone. Instead, they will be engaging the kids and interacting with them. They will do iconic moves from the movies like ice hands, dreamy twirls, and more and will encourage your little ones to follow along with them! Holding hands and dancing in a circle is also a crowd pleasing moment full of excited giggles and happy smiles! 

Take the party to the next level with optional dance lessons led by the princess! This is a very quick, repetitive combo plus spotlighting some of the children’s favorite dance moves to the Happy Birthday Princess song! It is very cute and all ages are welcome to join in, including the adults! We do try to do this at every party but sometimes there are some personalities or age limitations that it may not be a good fit for. Please let us know if you’d like this included in your Pre-Party Questionnaire. 

Coronation Ceremony: Every birthday prince or princess deserves a royal coronation ceremony, complete with a dazzling rhinestone tiara and an official coronation certificate. It's a crowning moment that symbolizes their reign over the day's festivities and makes them feel like true royalty. The party princess will lead the group in “Princess Lessons” or “Royalty Lessons” if there are girls and boys. At the end, the birthday girl will be crowned and everyone will be granted one special royal wish. The Snow Sisters will have a wand that they will sprinkle wishing dust (glitter) over each attendee so that they may go in love and laughter, and live each day happily ever after. 

The Happy Birthday Song: Gather around as we shower the birthday girl with love and well wishes, making them feel like the star of the show. Your party princess will stand near the birthday girl and lead the room in singing so that you can focus on getting photos/videos. If you want to add on your own traditional song after, please do so! We love to experience all of the ways families in DC, Maryland, and Virginia celebrate birthdays. 

Princess Departure: As all magical moments must come to an end, the Snow Sisters will say their goodbyes with one final warm hug. This is the perfect time to bring out cake, gifts, or another activity to help distract little guests from the departure. Please walk the princesses to the door and they’ll return to their snowy kingdom on the fjord, leaving behind memories your family will cherish forever.

Let it go all out: Upgrades and add ons

Premium Frozen Party: 1.5 hours

In addition to everything in our 1-hour party, your little royal will receive an elegant, upgraded rhinestone coronation tiara and an official Coronation Scroll to mark their special day. As part of this extra-enchanted celebration, the Snow Sisters will guide the birthday guests through a Tiara Decorating Craft fit for royalty and offer glitter tattoos for up to 12 little guests, adding an extra 30 minutes of hands-on magic!

And after the snow settles, your birthday child will receive a special surprise in the mail—a piece of Magic Mail, sent by their royal friends to remember their magical day! This package starts at $595 and includes everything but add ons or possible travel fees.

Platinum Frozen Party: 2 hours

For the ultimate Frozen fan who deserves the royal treatment- and then some! The Platinum Princess Experience is designed for larger royal gatherings or families who want more one-on-one time with their favorite Snow Sisters. With two full hours of magic, there's plenty of time to slow down and enjoy every enchanting moment. Perfect for parties with more guests, bigger venues, or little ones who want to ask all the Frozen questions, show off their twirls, or simply bask in the royal spotlight. This additional time also allows time for games like Freeze Dance, Princess Says, and more! This package starts at $595 and includes everything but add ons or possible travel fees.

Add Ons:

Snowflakes: Three rhinestone snowflake clips for your little snow queens own braid. These will be put in her hair as part of the coronation ceremony.

Craft: This includes a tiara decorating craft for up to 12 guests (additional tiaras can be added on if needed). The character will supply all craft supplies. This will take the place of the color sheet activity that is included in the 1-hour package. This must be requested at least one week in advance of the party.

Glitter Tattoos: In addition to the face glitter, the glitter tattoos are a fun way to add a little shimmer and shine to your child’s big day! These go on their hand and last up to two days.

Upgraded Tiara: Each Ice Palace Package comes with one standard rhinestone tiara. If you’d like to upgrade to a rhinestone crown, this is not a problem at all!

Extra Tiara: Each Ice Palace Package comes with one standard rhinestone tiara. The Premium and Platinum packages come with one upgraded rhinestone crown. We know that sometimes you are celebrating multiple birthdays or have siblings that may want to be included in the fun. You can add on an additional tiara at any time in your Party Proposal.

Warm hugs, cool themes

Snow Sisters for every season! You are able to choose between the classic dresses, new dresses, summer dresses, or holiday dresses at the time of your booking. If you don’t have a preference we will send the classics. Please make sure you notify us of your choice well in advance!

  1. Start by filling out our booking form to get set up in our system

  2. Mary Beth will reply as soon as possible with your Party Proposal. The first page is details on the package you’ve selected. The next shows all the add ons available to you. You can play around with these and your invoice will adjust in real time. The next page is the invoice, followed by the contract to sign. Once you’ve confirmed all the details, you will then pay your $50 deposit to hold your placement on our calendar.

  3. The last page will be a review of the package and reminders about what to expect next. From there it will take you to our Instagram! Be sure to give us a follow to stay up to date on new package offerings, birthday party characters, princess events, and more!

And that is it- your booking is secured! A Pre-Party Questionnaire will be sent a few days after your deposit is received and is due one week before the party along with your final balance. You can either select to have it automatically charged or you will receive a reminder email so you do not have to worry about it. A final reminder email is sent out the Friday before your party, the Snow Sisters will text you when they are on the way, and they will call you when they arrive to coordinate entering your little one’s coronation day!

The party princess will have a set list of 1-2 songs but if you have any special requests, please make sure we know at least one week before the party in your Pre-Party Questionnaire. Our characters do not have live singing into a microphone. Instead, they will be engaging the kids and interacting with them. They will do iconic moves from the movies like ice hands, dreamy twirls, and more and will encourage your little ones to follow along with them! Holding hands and dancing in a circle is also a crowd pleasing moment full of excited giggles and happy smiles!

Dazzle your guests with a sparkly makeover, singing, and dancing with the most colorful character in the land. Below is a loose schedule of what the Unicorn Princess will follow. Of course we will adapt and change this in real time to fit the birthday girl's wants and needs on her special day so it may not be in the exact order.

Party Schedule

Character arrival: The Unicorn Princess will call you when she is on the way and text you when she has arrived. She will park a few houses down or in an inconspicuous location so that the children do not see her entering and exiting her car. If you’d like her to knock or walk in to music, that is completely up to you! Please let the character know any special arrival instructions the day of the booking. Get your cameras ready! This is almost always when you will get the best photos of hugs and surprised faces! If your little one is a bit shy, please do not worry. We will get lots of pictures throughout the party.

Glitter Bar: Everyone gets to sparkle and shine with our glitter station! Children (and adults!) can add a touch of magic to their look by adding one of glitter color options as a fun and festive way to embrace their inner sparkle. The glitter is made with aloe vera but if your little ones can’t use aloe, please let us know in your Pre-Party Questionnaire and we will make sure they have an alternative. We will also have glitter nail polish, temporary tattoos, and tulle ribbons for hair. We do have the option to upgrade your glitter bar with glitter stencil tattoos that will last about two days! More info below under upgrade section.

Dance Party: Get ready to sing and dance to the songs you all know and love! Each child will receive a ribbon wand to keep and use during dancing. The Unicorn Princess will have a set list of songs that plays throughout the party. If you have any special requests, please make sure we know at least one week before the party in your Pre-Party Questionnaire. Our characters do not have live singing into a microphone. Instead, they will be engaging the kids and interacting with them. They will do iconic moves, dreamy twirls, and will encourage your little ones to follow along with them! Holding hands and dancing in a circle is also a crowd pleasing moment full of excited giggles and happy smiles! 

Take your party to the next level with optional dance lessons led by the Unicorn Princess to the song “Happy Birthday Princess.” This is an easy to follow along, repetitive combo. It is super cute and all ages are welcome to join in, including the adults! We do try to do this at every party but sometimes there are some personalities or age limitations that it may not be a good fit for. Please let us know if you’d like this included in your Pre-Party Questionnaire. 

The Happy Birthday Song: Gather around as we shower the birthday girl with love and well wishes, making them feel like the star of the show. Your Unicorn Princess will stand near the birthday girl and lead the room in singing so that you can focus on getting photos/videos. If you want to add on your own traditional song after, please do so! We love to experience all of the ways families in DC, Maryland, and Virginia celebrate birthdays. As a birthday gift, the Unicorn Princess will bring a special necklace for the birthday girl so that she can always remember their special day together!

Departure: It is sadly time for your Unicorn Princess to proceed to the nearest rainbow to get back to Unicorn Land! She will tell all of the little ones goodbye and get one last hug from the birthday girl. This is a great time to pass out cake and food or to start presents to distract everyone from her departure. Please walk your character to the door and she will be on her way back to a land far, far away! 

Customization

We have many magical customization options that you can choose from inside your Party Proposal at any time! These will be automatically added to your invoice when you make selections.

  • Glitter Tattoos: These tattoos last up to two days! Each tattoo takes about 2 minutes to complete. If you have more than 8 children but still want glitter tattoos, we highly recommend adding an assistant or additional time so that all standard package activities can be completed. 

  • Friendship Bracelets: This includes enough beads and string for up to 12-15 attendees. The character will supply all craft supplies. This will take the place of the color sheet activity that is included in the 1-hour package. This must be requested at least one week in advance of the party.

  • Unicorn Headbands: Add flower unicorn headbands to your party’s make over. This comes with 10 headbands and additional headbands are $2 each. Special request only, limited availability!

  • Assistant: An assistant is a great addition if you would like an extra set of hands to help the party run smoothly. Their responsibilities would be to help gather the kids to do activities, take photos and videos, and to help with general party needs. They can help capture every hug and make sure you get your family portrait with the cake. The photos and videos would be taken on a phone and uploaded to a Google Drive after your party.

Once everyone is all dolled up, they will walk down the runway and strike a pose! The birthday girl will get to keep one pair of heart shaped sunglasses as her birthday gift.

This is a very quick, repetitive combo plus spotlighting some of the children’s favorite dance moves to the Happy Birthday Princess song! It is very cute and all ages are welcome to join in, including the adults! We do try to do this at every party but sometimes there are some personalities or age limitations that it may not be a good fit for. Please let us know if you’d like this included in your Pre-Party Questionnaire. 


Coronation Ceremony: Every birthday prince or princess deserves a royal coronation ceremony, complete with a dazzling rhinestone tiara and an official coronation certificate. It's a crowning moment that symbolizes their reign over the day's festivities and makes them feel like true royalty. The party princess will lead the group in “Princess Lessons” or “Royalty Lessons” if there are girls and boys. At the end, the birthday girl will be crowned and everyone will be granted one special royal wish. The character will have a wand that they will sprinkle wishing dust (glitter) over each attendee so that they may go in love and laughter, and live each day happily ever after.

Add-Ons for Extra Royal Magic

We have many magical customization options that you can choose from inside your Party Proposal at any time! These will be automatically added to your invoice when you make selections.

  • An extra rhinestone tiara headband and official princess certificate. Note: one tiara is included in all one hour packages. Parents with more than one child may select this option to add a tiara for the siblings. 

  • Tiara or wand Craft: This includes a craft for up to 12 guests. You can choose from decorating tiaras or decorating wands. The character will supply all craft supplies. This will take the place of the color sheet activity that is included in the 1-hour package. This must be requested at least one week in advance of the party.

  • Glitter tattoos: In addition to the face glitter, this will include a one to two glitter tattoos per child. Each tattoo takes about 2 minutes. If you have more than 12 kids, we recommend upgrading to the Premium Package to allow for the additional time.

  • Magic Mail: Keep the magic alive long after the party! Your child will receive a beautifully customized note from their favorite princess, delivered straight to their mailbox. Each note is personalized with a special memory from the party and a magical wish for their year ahead. Each letter includes a small keepsake and sprinkle of pixie dust!

  • An assistant: An assistant is a great addition if you would like an extra set of hands to help the party run smoothly. Their responsibilities would be to help gather the kids to do activities, take photos and videos, and to help with general party needs. They can help capture every hug and make sure you get your family portrait with the cake. The photos and videos would be taken on a phone and uploaded to a Google Drive after your party.
