Good to Know
How far ahead should we book a holiday visit?+
As early as you can. Holiday group dates usually fill by December 1, and December weekends go first. Bookings made within one week of the event carry a $50 rush fee.
Can you come to our school, office or clubhouse?+
Yes. We visit homes, schools, offices, HOA clubhouses, churches and event venues throughout DC, Maryland and Virginia. Any travel fee is included in your quote.
Which characters work best for a big group?+
Our pairs, the Holiday Snow Sisters and the Holiday Elves, are made for bigger crowds since two characters can greet more children at once. Tell us your guest count and we will recommend the right fit.
Is there an extra charge for holiday dates?+
No. Holiday visits use the same pricing as our birthday parties.
Do the kids get something to take home?+
Every guest receives a signed autograph card from their character.
Can we book a holiday character for a birthday?+
Absolutely. Winter birthdays are some of our favorite parties, and every birthday booking starts with our questionnaire so your character knows your child’s name and favorite things.
